1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Picture to Drawing at picturetodrawing.online. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. The Service
Picture to Drawing converts an uploaded image into a drawing-style result. Generated results can vary according to the source image, selected style, and third-party processing service. We do not guarantee that every result will meet a particular artistic or technical expectation.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. Only an adult or a person legally authorized to use the payment method may make a purchase. Google sign-in is required to use credits and paid plans. You are responsible for activity through your account and must not create accounts to evade limits or restrictions.
4. Uploaded Content and Results
You retain your rights in images you upload. You grant us and our processing providers a limited permission to process and privately store an image only as needed to operate the service, return a generated result, and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the image. After a successful generation, we retain the uploaded original and generated result together for the period applicable to your account at creation: 24 hours for accounts without an active subscription, including accounts that have purchased a one-time credit pack, 3 days for Starter and Creator subscriptions, and 7 days for Pro subscriptions. You can view, download, or delete saved results from your dashboard before they expire; deleting a result also removes its associated uploaded original from our private storage. Expired images may no longer be available for viewing or download. Generated results may resemble existing visual styles or contain unexpected artifacts; you are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it.
5. Credits
Each generated drawing uses 1 credit. The 3 complimentary credits granted to a new Google account and pay-as-you-go credits do not expire, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. Subscription credits reset monthly, do not roll over, and are consumed before permanent credits. If a generation request fails without returning a usable result, the reserved credit is restored to the same credit balance.
6. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Billing
By starting a subscription, you authorize Creem to charge the payment method shown at checkout at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed for the full year in advance and renew annually, while included credits reset monthly. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated from the checkout location and added where required. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment details, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks.
7. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Creem billing portal available from your dashboard. A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
8. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refunds are available only as described in our Refund Policy. Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate duplicate charges, missing credits, or unauthorized activity. This does not limit any right you have to contact your payment provider or exercise mandatory legal remedies.
9. Acceptable Use and Content Safety
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security, moderation, or credit controls, automate abusive request volumes, reverse engineer protected service components, or upload, request, generate, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualized content, including content involving real or fictional people. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. You also may not use the service to create graphic violence or material that violates another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may block a request when a content-safety service or processing provider flags it.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes, or legal compliance. We may change plans or prices prospectively. A price change does not alter a completed purchase and will be disclosed before a future renewal when required.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Picture to Drawing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
12. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these Terms, threatens the service, or creates legal or security risk. Where practical, we will provide notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimer, and liability provisions, continue to apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be presented through the site or another appropriate notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
